Buying vouchers

Vouchers can be bought in the shop the same way as other articles – when they are offered. As soon as you have bought a voucher and this has been cleared after successful payment, the amount of the voucher appears in your shopping basket. By using the link “send voucher”, you can transfer the amount you wish via e-mail.

How to send vouchers

In order to send a voucher, click on the link “send voucher” in your shopping basket. In order for you to send a voucher, we need the following information: first name and surname of the recipient, a valid e-mail address for the recipient, the desired amount ( you can also send only a part of your credit balance, and a short message for the recipient. Please double check the information before sending it. Before you actually send the voucher, you can correct the information at any time.

Using vouchers to shop

As soon as you have a voucher, you can use it to pay for your order. While you are ordering goods, it is possible for you to redeem your voucher. If the voucher you use does not cover the total cost of your purchase, you have to choose a method to pay the rest of the purchase. If your credit balance exceeds the amount of your purchase, you can naturally use the remainder for a later purchase.

Booking vouchers

If you have received a voucher per e-mail, you can book the amount as follows:

Click on the e-mail given in the link. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you can open an account.
After you have placed the product in the shopping basket, you can enter your voucher code.
